Modifying the structural structure of the facility according to the new architectural modifications and rehabilitating the facility under the supervision of Dr. Hani Al-Zayyat and General Consultant ECB 

1.  

   Demolition of specific areas in the mall’s ceilings.

2.  

   Addition of beams, slabs, and a concrete staircase to the mall.

    

3.  

   Reinforcement of ceilings using metal strips.

    

4.  

   Creating a jacket for a column to increase its height from 3 meters to 7 meters dowels and column stirrups were anchored using Techno Epoxy 165.

    

    

5. Reinforcing the basement ceiling of the mall using a HEB 500 iron pipe to transfer the loads of the new column and redistribute them to the columns bearing the slabs.

6. Anchoring column on the ground floor.
